North American Nickel Inc.: Significant Near Solid to Solid Sulphide Mineralization Intersected

The Imiak Hill drilling program at Maniitsoq has intersected the most significant sulphide mineralization to date and remains open at depth

North American Nickel Inc. (TSX VENTURE:NAN)(WSCRF) (CUSIP:65704T 108) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that diamond drill hole MQ-13-026 intersected an 18.62 metre core length of sulphide mineralization averaging approximately 40 - 45% total sulphides, including numerous sections containing 65% to 80% sulphides, within noritic host rocks at the Imiak Hill nickel-copper-cobalt zone on the Maniitsoq project.(see MQ-13-026 table). This is the deepest of three sulphide intersections, all described in this release, that have been drilled at Imiak Hill in 2013. Drill core has been logged, samples sawed in half and shipped to ALS Chemex in Sweden for analysis. Assay results for all three holes are pending and further drilling is planned.

New Millennium Iron Corp. Announces That Tata Steel Minerals Canada Limited Signed a Cooperation Agreement With the NunatuKavut Community Council

New Millennium Iron Corp. ("NML", the "Company" or "Corporation") (NML.TO)(NWLNF) announced today that Tata Steel Minerals Canada Limited ("TSMC") and the NunatuKavut Community Council ("NCC") signed a Cooperation Agreement for the Direct Shipping Ore ("DSO") Project.

TSMC is a joint venture between Tata Steel Limited and NML, which have 80% and 20% interests, respectively. TSMC is developing iron ore deposits in the Canadian provinces of Quebec and Newfoundland and Labrador. TSMC is part of Tata Steel Group of companies. Tata Steel Group is among the top ten global steel companies with crude steel capacity of over 26.5 million tonnes per annum (mtpa). Tata Steel has over 80,000 employees across five continents and is a Fortune 500 company.

Proposed Offer for Afferro Mining Inc.

The boards of Afferro Mining Inc. ("Afferro") and International Mining & Infrastructure Corporation plc ("IMIC") are pleased to announce that they have agreed terms in-principle, for the proposed acquisition of Afferro by IMIC, which Afferro's Board intends to recommend to its shareholders, subject to the completion of relevant documentation including satisfactory final financing arrangements, and the receipt of a fairness opinion from its financial adviser as to its terms of the proposed offer.

Copper Mountain mine back in operation earlier than expected

Copper Mountain Mining Corporation (TSX:CUM ) (the "Company" or "Copper Mountain") announces that further to the Company's news release of May 17, 2013, the damaged SAG mill transformer was replaced late Friday and the mill was back in operation by 6 pm Friday May 17, 2013.  Site maintenance personnel were able to successfully replace the damaged transformer with identical transformers from Ball Mill #1.  Operations over the long weekend with the SAG mill and one ball mill was better than forecast and operated at an average rate of 1,100 tpoh or an average of 25,400tpd.
