Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia – ‘Deploying strong value propositions in each south east Asian country’ is one of the key messages behind this year’s SE AsiaCom in Kuala Lumpur. The paper will look at the challenges facing operators in remote regions throughout Asia, including the high cost of transmission to isolated communities, which remains the biggest barrier to the provision of services. But Tuomey’s paper will not simply present the audience with the problem, it will offer a breakthrough solution using the combined power of Altobridge’s unique, patented Split-BSC Architecture and its Local Connectivity solution, which deliver a powerful, cost-effective means of providing profitable communications services to even the smallest, isolated populations.
