Graphene Manufacturing Group ( GMG )

GMG Announces Battery Joint Development Agreement with Rio Tinto

Brisbane, Queensland, Australia--(May 17, 2023) - Graphene Manufacturing Group Ltd. (TSXV: GMG) ("GMG" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that GMG and Rio Tinto have signed a binding Joint Development Agreement ("JDA") with the goal of accelerating the development and application of GMG's Graphene Aluminium-Ion batteries in the mining and minerals industry. Rio Tinto will contribute technical and operational performance criteria and A$6 million, in exchange for preferential access rights.

Rio Tinto has put the net zero transition at the heart of its business strategy: combining investments in commodities that enable the energy transition with actions to decarbonise their operations and value chains. The JDA seeks to support the accelerated development of GMG's Graphene Aluminium-Ion Batteries for use in heavy mobile equipment and grid energy storage applications in the mining and mineral industry.

The JDA builds on the existing collaboration for Rio Tinto to explore the use of GMG's Energy Saving and Energy Storage solutions (see Company announcement on 18 May 2022). This JDA is effective immediately and is expected to last 2 years with payments spread over the term of the agreement. The JDA aims to co-develop GMG's Graphene Aluminium-Ion battery pouch cell into an initial battery pack/module proof of concept.

Patriot Extends Strike Length of CV5 Pegmatite by 400 m in First Series of Holes from its 2023 Drill Campaign, Corvette Property, Quebec, Canada

Highlights

Extension of the CV5 Pegmatite eastwardly by at least 400 m through the first four (4) drill holes of the 2023 drill campaign (CV23-105, 106, 107, and 108)
Geological logged, near-continuous1, spodumene-bearing pegmatite intersections from the main body (moving eastwardly from CV22-093) ranging from of approximately 54 m to 132 m in width (core length).
Drill holes immediately on strike of high-grade Nova Zone.
Step-out drilling westwardly, along strike of CV22-074, to begin shortly.
Spodumene pegmatite has been traced continuously by drilling (at ~50-100 m spacing) over a lateral distance of at least 2.6 km (CV22-074 to CV23-108), remaining open along strike at both ends and to depth along most of its length.
Core samples from first three (3) drill holes have arrived at the analytical lab (SGS).
Four (4) core drilling rigs currently active at site with a fifth to be collared shortly.
As of January 30th, 2023, a total of eight (8) drill holes (~3,400 m) have been completed this year at the CV5 Pegmatite.
A minimum of 20,000 m is targeted to be completed over the January through April period.

Faraday Copper ( FDY )

Faraday Copper Reports 33.77 metres at 3.43% Copper within 65.20 meters at 1.88% Copper at Copper Creek in Arizona

VANCOUVER, BC / January 31, 2023 / Faraday Copper Corp. ("Faraday" or the "Company") (TSX:FDY) (OTCQX:CPPKF) is pleased to announce the results from two drill holes at its Copper Creek Project, located in Arizona, U.S. ("Copper Creek").

Paul Harbidge, President and CEO, commented "The continued success of our Phase II drill program is extremely encouraging as it confirms our view that there is significant upside to the existing Mineral Resource Estimate. This high-grade drill hole demonstrates the potential to grow the open pit mineralization at Copper Creek."

Highlights

Intersected 33.77 metres ("m") at 3.43% copper and 2.53 grams per tonne ("g/t") silver from 38.10 m at the Copper Knight breccia in drill hole FCD-22-016 (Table 1, Figures 1, 2).
This interval is within a longer intersection of 65.20 m at 1.88% copper and 1.56 g/t silver from 38.10 m.
The Copper Knight breccia is part of a cluster of mineralized breccias, which includes Copper Giant, Copper Prince, and Copper Duchess (Figure 1).
