Aben Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: ABN)
Aben Resources (formerly Consolidated Abaddon Resources) is a Canadian gold, silver, rare earth and uranium exploration company developing properties in the Yukon, northern Ontario and northern Saskatchewan.
The Company has acquired from Eagle Plains Resources (TSX.V: EPL) a 100% interest in two gold exploration properties known as the Justin (Sprogge) and Hit projects, covering approximately 459 hectares, located in the eastern Yukon Territory. The drill-ready Justin property has the potential to host both high-grade and bulk-tonnage gold mineralization. Historical grab samples from the property reported up to 59.25 g/t Au, in addition to historical chip samples returning an average of 2.38 g/t Au over 22.5 metres.
Aben has also acquired a 100% interest in the Rusty Springs silver-lead-zinc property, located north of Dawson City, Yukon, where notable drill results include 1,140 g/t (33.27 oz/t) silver, 4.72% lead and 2.30% copper over 37.5 metres (123 feet) from surface. Furthermore, the Company has attained an extensive proprietary database for the Yukon as well as the right to certain prospecting permits in the Mackenzie Mountain area of the Northwest Territories.
Aben owns the 560 acre Raleigh Lake Lithium property located in the Kenora Mining Division of NW Ontario. Provincial government mapping in the 1990's identified a "Pegmatite Field" trending through the area and in 1999 and 2000, Avalon Ventures Ltd. released drill results including 1.50% Li over 6.9 metres, 1.00% Li over 4.1 metres, and 0.56% Li over 3.2 metres. Aben completed a winter drill program in 2010 on the Raleigh Lake property. The Company was very pleased with the drilling and significant results included 9.0 metres of 1.30% Li, 4.7 metres of 0.84% Li, 2.2 metres of 1.10% Li, and 5.5 metres of 0.77% Li.
The Selwyn Lake rare earth elements property is located in the Selwyn Lake Township of, NW Ontario. The property includes 13 claim blocks covering 1219 hectares covering the anomaly. Skyharbour Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: SYH)
Skyharbour Resources Ltd. is a uranium and precious metal exploration company actively involved with the development of projects in one of the most active uranium exploration regions in the world, the Athabasca Basin, Saskatchewan.
The uranium (U3O8) deposits of Saskatchewan, Canada are the richest in the world. In early 2013, Skyharbour began to acquire uranium prospects in what it considers to be highly prospective ground within the Patterson Lake area and the Eastern Flank of the Athabasca Basin in northern Saskatchewan. The Company has now acquired a large portfolio of mineral claims comprising six uranium properties in approximately 209,000 acres of land.
Five of the properties consisting of 197,000 acres of ground are strategically located near Alpha Minerals (TSX-V: AMW; "Alpha") and Fission Energy (TSX-V: FIS; "Fission") Patterson Lake south area which included a drill interval that returned 2.49% U3O8 over 12.5 metres. This discovery demonstrates the potential for high-grade uranium mineralization on the margins of the western side of the Athabasca Basin where significantly less exploration has been carried out compared to the eastern side of the Athabasca Basin. Skyharbour's land package is one of the largest in the Patterson Lake region.
The Company holds two properties approx. 15km to the south of the Patterson Lake South project claim boundary that are road accessible via all-weather Highway 955 which runs north to the former Cluff Lake uranium mine. Two other properties are approx. 27km and 35km respectively to the north of the Patterson Lake South project claim boundary and cover prospective geology within the Athabasca Basin sandstones including NE-SW regional structural trends. The fifth property acquired by Skyharbour is approximately 90km east of the discovery and is situated along the unconformable contact between basement rocks and the Athabasca Basin.
With this significant land package, the Company is well positioned in this emerging area to the north, south and east of the recent high grade uranium discovery at the Patterson Lake South property. Other regional operators in the area include Cameco Corp., Areva, and Denison Mines.
Given the excellent supply-demand fundamentals underpinning uranium, Skyharbour intends to build upon its portfolio of uranium projects in the Athabasca Basin as well as in other prolific uranium districts.

Bayfield Ventures Corp. (TSX-V: BYV)
Bayfield Ventures Corp. (TSX-V: BYV) is exploring for gold and silver in the Rainy River district of northwestern Ontario.
Bayfield has earned its 100% interest in the "Burns" block property which is located in the Richardson Township, Rainy River District of northwestern Ontario. The property is surrounded by Rainy River Resources (TSX-V: RR) and adjoins the immediate east of Rainy River Resources' main ODM17 gold zone.
Drilling to date on the Burns Block demonstrates that the ODM17 zone extends from Rainy River Resources' ground onto Bayfield's Burns Block. Bayfield is currently carrying out 100,000 metres of diamond drilling on its Rainy River properties. Drill results thus far have been very encouraging. Notable drill results include 60.05 grams per tonne gold and 362.96 grams per tonne silver over 11.2 metres within 26.70 grams per tonne gold and 170.69 grams per tonne silver over 25.5 metres, as well as 35.93 grams per tonne gold and 359.65 grams per tonne silver over 10.0 metres.
Rainy River Resources' June 2011 NI 43-101 resource calculation shows a measured and indicated resource of 4.41 million ounces of gold, averaging 1.17 grams per tonne gold, in addition to an inferred resource of 2.33 million ounces of gold, averaging 0.94 grams per tonne gold. The deposit also contains a measured and indicated resource of 9.13 million ounces of silver, averaging 2.42 grams per tonne silver, in addition to an inferred resource of 7.04 million ounces of silver, averaging 2.83 grams per tonne silver.
Bayfield also has earned a 100% interest in the 480 hectare "B" Claim Block which is well located to the immediate east of Rainy River Resources' northerly 433 gold zone. To the west, Bayfield has earned a 100% interest in the strategically located 800 hectare "C" Block property.
All of Bayfield's properties cover similar lithologies and structures to those hosting the gold and silver zones comprising the Rainy River multi-million ounce deposit.
Bayfield Ventures Corp's goal is to increase shareholder value by developing exploration projects near world-class deposits that have the potential of becoming new discoveries.
Shane Hu, P.Geo., Project Geologist for Bayfield Ventures is the Qualified Person, as defined by National Instrument 43-101, and has approved the information in this project section.

MPH Ventures Corp. (TSX-V: MPS)
MPH Ventures Corp. (TSX-V: MPS) is a diversified gold and molybdenum exploration and development company with multiple projects centrally located throughout Northern Ontario including a number of properties near Timmins, Ontario.
MPH Ventures owns 100% of six non-contiguous gold exploration properties comprised of approximately 735 hectares located in Northeastern Ontario. These properties are located throughout various mineral rich mining camps and include the Godfrey Gold property in West Timmins, the Raney project and the grass roots exploration Big Mac, Geneva Lake, Shining Gold and Goudgold properties.
The Godfrey property is located 20 km west of Timmins, Ontario. Historic grab sample assay results on the property include up to 429 grams/tonne gold (13.8 oz/ton Au). A sampling program in 2008 by MPH Ventures returned high grade gold results including 1.5 oz/t Au and 0.79 oz/t Au from grab samples. An exploration program consisting of line cutting, mechanical trenching and ground geophysics was completed on the Godfrey property by the Company in fall 2009. A three hole diamond drill program is currently underway.
The Raney property is located in Raney Township, approximately 110 km southwest of Timmins, Ontario. To date, fourteen diamond drill holes have been completed on the project. Significant gold intersections include 7.7 g/t Au over 6.8 metres, 6.5 g/t Au over 8.0 metres, and 3.5 g/t Au over 6.8 metres. A phase three 2010 winter drill program is planned
The Company also owns 50% of the 7,000 acres Heyson gold property with Skyharbour Resources Ltd. owning the other 50% interest. The property lies in the southern portion of the central Red Lake, Ontario gold belt, 5 km south of the operating Goldcorp Red Lake and Campbell gold mines.
MPH Ventures has identified a large, well-defined "gold-in-till" anomaly on the Heyson property. The width of the anomaly covers 350 metres along a strike length of 1.5 km. Drilling in 2003 tested the Sully Creek Till Anomaly and identified gold values within a distinct hematite-epidote alteration system with the most significant intercept grading 59.4 grams per tonne over 0.4 metres.
The Company has also acquired the Pidgeon Molybdenum Deposit in Northwestern Ontario from BHP Billiton and Goldcorp with a significant historical drill indicated and inferred molybdenum resource.
This property is accessible year round and has excellent potential with strengthening molybdenum prices. Future development plans include increasing the resource base, conducting regional exploration and carrying out metallurgical testing for recovery of molybdenum and by-products.
