Pilot Gold Reports 193 g/t Gold Over 12.0 Metres at TV Tower, Turkey
Third set of assay results confirm and expand continuity of high-grade target Pilot Gold Inc. (TSX:PLG) ("Pilot Gold" or the "Company") is very pleased to report that assay results from eight new diamond drill holes from the 2012 program at the TV Tower project in Turkey continue to return long intervals of gold, silver and copper mineralization with areas of exceptionally high grades. Drill hole KCD-50 highlights the third consecutive set of strong assay results at the Kucukdag (KCD) target, returning 193 g/t gold, 9.8 g/t silver and 0.46% copper over 12.0 metres. Hole DHRC-12-MRC01 is the first in a series of holes intended to confirm and offset specific results from the 2011 drill program. Drilling to the northwest of the historic Atlanta pit in 2011 encountered unusually thick widths in the Atlanta shear zone. Assay results received from ALS Minerals confirmed the width of the shear zone though it should be emphasized that hole MRC01 was terminated in mineralization and remains open at depth.

Inmet Declines Proposal from First Quantum
Inmet Mining Corporation (TSX:IMN) announced today that on November 25, 2012, it received an unsolicited non-binding, highly conditional proposal from First Quantum Minerals Ltd. for First Quantum to acquire by way of plan of arrangement all of the shares of Inmet. The proposal contemplates consideration of C$70.00 per Inmet share, subject to a maximum aggregate cash consideration of C$2.461 billion and a maximum number of First Quantum shares to be issued of approximately 112.679 million, resulting in an overall consideration mix of 50 percent cash and 50 percent First Quantum shares. After reviewing the proposal with its financial and legal advisors, Inmet's Board of Directors has today notified First Quantum that it has declined to pursue the proposal as it is not in the best interests of Inmet shareholders.

Santacruz Silver Intersects 2549 g/t Ag eq. Over 2.75 m at Gavilanes
Santacruz Silver Mining Ltd. SEMAFO Confirms Continuity of the High Grade Siou Zone: Including Values of Up to 19.22 g/t Au (23.05 g/t Au Uncut) Over 4 Meters
SEMAFO (TSX:SMF)(OMX:SMF) today announced follow-up drilling results from its high-grade Siou zone located approximately 15 kilometers east of the Mana mill. The central 700 meters of the zone demonstrate ongoing good continuity of the high-grade quartz vein zone with local swelling ranging up to 10 meters wide (e.g. hole MRC12-2161: 5.58 g/t Au across 10 meters). In addition, other associated structures not presented in the table below have returned grades higher than previously obtained similar to the main Siou zone. For example, hole MRC12-2376 returned 10.85 g/t Au across 3 meters (11.88 g/t Au uncut) at a depth of 137 meters.

Harry Winston Diamond Corporation Announces Agreement to Purchase Ekati Diamond Mine

The Ekati Diamond Mine consists of the Core Zone, which includes the current operating mine and other permitted kimberlite pipes, as well as the Buffer Zone, an adjacent area hosting kimberlite pipes having both development and exploration potential. The agreed purchase price, payable in cash, is US$400 million for the Core Zone interest and US$100 million for the Buffer Zone interest, subject to adjustments in accordance with the terms of the share purchase agreements.
