Cayden Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:CYD) ("Cayden" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the sale by Cayden's Mexican subsidiary LC Mines, S.A. de C.V. ("LCM") of two blocks of the eastern portion (15%) of its Morelos Sur Concession "Morelos East Concession" to Desarrollos Mineros San Luis, S.A. de C.V. ("DMSL"), Goldcorp's subsidiary which owns and operates the adjacent Los Filos mine in Guerrero State, Mexico.
The sale represents a total of 2,492 hectares of Cayden's 17,076 hectare concession for a total cash consideration of $15,744,000 USD plus a royalty to Cayden, of which 50% of the cash will be paid on or before February 28, 2013 and the balance to be paid once the subdivided titles of the Morelos East Concession are registered in the name of DMSL.
Endeavour Silver Forecasts Ninth Consecutive Year of Production Growth, El Cubo Mine Capital Projects Well Underway for Completion in Q2, 2013
Endeavour Silver Corp. (TSX:EDR)(NYSE:EXK)(FRANKFURT:EJD) announces that it is forecasting its ninth consecutive year of production growth for 2013. The Company owns and operates three underground, silver-gold mines in Mexico, the Guanacevi Mine in Durango State and the Bolanitos and El Cubo Mines in Guanajuato State.
Endeavour's silver production in 2013 is forecast to rise 12-18% to 5.0-5.3 million ounces (oz) and gold production is anticipated to increase 19-27% to 46,000-49,000 oz as shown in the table below. IMPACT Silver Corp. ("IMPACT" or "the Company") announces results from the second phase drill program on the recently discovered Mirasol Prospect, located 5.5 kilometers southeast of IMPACT'S 500-tonne-per-day (tpd) Guadalupe processing plant at the Royal Mines of Zacualpan Silver-Gold District in central Mexico. Higher grade silver values are now being encountered, as well as the discovery of several new veins. A highlight from this program includes drill hole Z12-79, which encountered seven distinct veins, all of which are now contributing potentially economic silver intersections. For the first time since the Company began its exploration drilling in 2006, the top of a new silver bearing vein has been discovered in the district with the expectation that the entire mineralized system is preserved at depth.

Cline Mining Corporation ("Cline" or the "Company") (TSX:CMK) announces that it has retained GMP Securities L.P. ("GMP") as its exclusive financial advisor. GMP's mandate includes assisting the Company in exploring and evaluating strategic alternatives to the recapitalization plan with Marret Asset Management Inc. Endeavour Mining Delivers 310,000 Oz Gold Production Exceeding 2012 Guidance and Provides 2013 Forecast
Endeavour Mining Corporation ("Endeavour" or the "Corporation") (TSX:EDV, ASX:EVR, OTCQX:EDVMF) announces total annual production for 2012 of 310,778 ounces of gold exceeding the 2012 production guidance range of 282,000 to 304,000 ounces. For 2013, Endeavour expects gold production in the range of 310,000 to 345,000 ounces at a cash cost per ounce (excluding royalties) of $790 to $830, with all gold sold at spot prices due to recent de-hedging transactions. Additional near-term production growth of over 100,000 ozs per year is expected from the Agbaou Gold Mine which is currently in construction (Q1 2014 completion). A recently completed Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) shows potential for 160,000 ozs per year from the Houndé Gold Project (Burkina Faso) in 2016.

Klondex Discovers a New “West Zone” with Significant Visible Gold Mineralization and 123.9 Grams/Tonne (3.6 oz/ton) Gold Over 1.5 Meters (5 feet)
Klondex Mines Ltd. (TSX: KDX or OTCQX: KLNDF), a Northern Nevada gold exploration and development company, announces the discovery of new gold mineralization at its flagship Fire Creek project. The discovery (Figure 1 click here) is approximately 165 meters (540 feet) west of the A-Vein mineralization, which forms part of the Main Zone, and represents a new unexplored zone. Klondex intersected 123.9 grams/tonne gold (3.6 oz/ton) over 1.5 Meters (5 feet) while completing a geotechnical drill hole for the design of the planned vent raise. Eurasian Minerals Drills the Highest Grade Intercept to Date of 2.15 Meters Averaging 89.34 g/t Gold and 835.16 g/t Silver at the Akarca Project, Northwest Turkey
Eurasian Minerals Inc. (the "Company" or "EMX") (TSX VENTURE:EMX)(NYSE MKT:EMXX) is pleased to announce results from the first two holes of the 2012-2013 drill campaign at the Akarca gold-silver project in northwest Turkey. The results include an oxide intercept starting at surface of 36.4 meters averaging 5.67 g/t gold and 53.31 g/t silver, with a sub-interval of 2.15 meters averaging 89.34 g/t gold and 835.16 g/t silver that represents the highest grade intercept drilled to date on the property (true widths interpreted as 60-75% of reported interval length). Soltoro Drilling Intercepts 91.3 Metres of 129 gpt Silver Equivalent Including 11.2 Metres of 537 gpt Silver Equivalent in a Massive Sulphide Zone
Soltoro Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:SOL) has completed three additional diamond drill holes at the El Rayo primary silver project in Jalisco, Mexico. A 350 metre-deep hole was completed below the Las Bolas deposit and two holes were completed north of the La Soledad West deposit. At Las Bolas, 91.3 metres of 129 g/t silver equivalent was intersected including 11.2 metres of massive sulphide mineralization grading 537 g/t silver equivalent encountered 318.8 metres down hole. The deep hole at Las Bolas extends mineralization 70 metres down-dip from the nearest hole with a substantial increase in silver grades. At La Soledad, 0.3 metres of 3,320 g/t silver was returned extending the known high grade silver mineralization an additional 60 metres down dip.
