Northern Vertex Intersects 9.14 Meters of 10.83 gpt Gold Equivalent Grade within a 24 Meters Intersection Averaging 4.9 gpt Gold Equivalent in Underground Channel Sampling Program at Moss Gold-Silver Project

Northern Vertex Mining Corp. (TSX.V:NEE) (OTCQX:NHVCF) is pleased to announce additional underground channel sample results from the Moss Gold-Silver project in Mohave County, Northwestern Arizona. Channel samples were taken at 5-foot intervals across the 'back' (roof) of the 1921 Hill No 2 X-Cut located 250 meters east of the Allen Shaft-Office X-Cut workings.

States Northern Vertex Chief Geologist Dr. Bob Thompson, "These exceptional results demonstrate the potential for high-grade ore at Moss. A 24 m intersection of 4.9 gpt material provides excellent potential for higher grade averages and enhanced future profitability.

Balmoral Intersects 273 g/t (8 oz/ton) Gold Over 3.88 Metres (12.7 Feet), Uncut, in New Discovery; Martiniere Property, Quebec

Includes 996 g/t (29 oz/ton) Gold Over 1.05 Metres (3.4 feet)

Balmoral Resources Ltd. ("Balmoral" or the "Company") (BAR.V)(BALMF) reported today that the first of the ME-series holes completed as part of the summer drill program on its Martiniere Property has discovered a new bonanza grade, gold bearing structure in the footwall to the Bug Lake Gold Zone. The Footwall discovery returned, on an uncut basis, 272.39 g/t (8.0 oz/ton) gold over 3.88 metres (12.7 feet) across the width of the mineralized structure. Included in this interval are adjacent bonanza grade intercepts of 1,530 g/t (44.6 oz/ton) gold over 0.55 metres (1.8 feet) and 409 g/t gold (11.9 oz/ton) over 0.50 metres (1.6 feet).

Silver Bull Intersects 309g/t Silver Over 23 Meters Including 1,648g/t Silver Over 4 Meters on the Sierra Mojada Project, Coahuila, Mexico

 Silver Bull Resources, Inc. (TSX:SVB)(NYSE MKT:SVBL)(NYSE Amex:SVBL) ("Silver Bull") is pleased to announce the drill results for the first 6 holes of the underground drill program (see June 12, 2012 news release) twinning a series of holes in a high grade zone defined by a historical "long hole" data set at the eastern end of the Shallow Silver Zone on the Sierra Mojada Project in Coahuila, Northern Mexico.

Waymar Intersects 40.5 Meters Grading 14.1 g/t Gold at Anza

Waymar Resources Ltd. ("Waymar" or the "Company") (WYM.V) is pleased to report significant results from four additional diamond drill holes on its Anza property, Antioquia Department in the Republic of Colombia. These holes are part of an overall drilling program designed to identify and expand the high grade gold mineralization along the Aragon Fault.

Freegold Intersects 90.5 metres grading 1.10 g/t Au Golden Summit Project, Alaska

Freegold Ventures Limited (TSX: FVL, Frankfurt: FR4N) ("Freegold") is pleased to report the results from its ongoing drill program on the Golden Summit Project located near Fairbanks, Alaska. Drilling at Golden Summit was conducted with two rigs from mid January through mid-April with one rig operating from mid May until now.  Drilling has been primarily focused in the Dolphin and Cleary Hill Areas.

To date a total of approximately 35,000 metres have been drilled in the Dolphin/Cleary Hill areas of which 11,802 metres have been incorporated into the current NI 43-101 compliant resource at Dolphin. All drilling will be incorporated into the updated NI 43-101 resource which is expected to be completed by late September/early October.

Cub Energy Inc.: Makeevskoye-21 Well Commences Production

Cub Energy Inc. ("Cub", or the "Company") (KUB.V) announces commencement of commercial production of the Makeevskoye-21 ("M-21") well in Ukraine at an initial rate of 1.7 million cubic feet per day ("MMcf/d") (.5 MMcf/d net to Cub). The well is operated by KUB-Gas LLC ("KUB-Gas"), a partially-owned subsidiary in which Cub has a 30% ownership interest.

The M-21 well was drilled to a total depth ("TD") of 2,210 metres in the first quarter of 2012 and cased to TD pending completion of the well for commercial gas production. On 19 June 2012 the Company disclosed that the R8 target zone had been tested at a rate of 3 MMcf/d.

GoldQuest Intercepts Significant Mineralization at Romero, Dominican Republic; Includes 258 Metres Grading 4.5 g/t Gold and 1.3% Copper and an Upper Section of 55 Metres Grading 1.25 g/t Gold

Argentex Intersects 4.1 Meters Grading 1,959.3 g/t Ag and 3.23 g/t Au at the Pinguino Project and Commences Metallurgical Testing of Oxide and Sulphide Mineralization

Argentex Mining Corporation ("Argentex" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:ATX)(OTCQB:AGXMF) is pleased to announce the first drilling results from its 2012 Phase VIII exploration program at its 100%-owned silver-gold and polymetallic Pinguino Project, located in the mining friendly Santa Cruz Province of Argentina.

The Phase VIII drill program commenced February 23, 2012 and was completed June 1, 2012. A total of 2,110 meters (20 holes) of diamond drilling ("DDH") served as in-fill/definition holes on known vein systems while recovering sample material for metallurgical testing. The program consisted of a further 8,410 meters (93 holes) of reverse circulation ("RC") drilling which targeted high priority veins. To date, the Company has received sample results from all 20 DDH holes, while the 93 RC holes remain to be processed in the lab.

Terraco Gold Corp. Atico Reports 41 meters of 6.49% Cu, 17.57 g/t Au and 13.26 g/t Ag at El Roble project in Colombia

Atico Mining Corporation ("Atico" or the "Company") (ATY.V) is pleased to announce assay results for the first 4 underground drill holes from its optioned El Roble project in Colombia, located 4 hours by paved highway southwest of the city of Medellin. Drilling is currently being conducted from the 2000m level to find additional massive sulfide bodies at depth.

GoldQuest Reports Assay Results From the Second Hole at Romero, Dominican Republic; Includes 159 Metres Grading 4.5 g/t Gold and 1% Copper and 24 Metres Grading 7.5 g/t Gold and 0.9% Copper

GoldQuest Mining Corp. (GQC.V)(M1W.F)(M1W.BE) ("GoldQuest" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the assay results of hole LTP 92, the second vertical hole into the Romero discovery, within the Company's 100% owned Las Tres Palmas trend in the Dominican Republic. The location is 25 metres to the west and 4 metres lower in elevation than the discovery hole LTP 90, which returned 231 metres grading 2.4 grams per tonne (g/t) gold (see release of May 29, 2012). Hole LTP 92 displayed similar characteristics to hole LTP 90, with an upper gold unit from 28 metres below surface, with low copper and some zinc, followed by deeper, higher grade gold and copper horizons at depth.

Evolving Gold Reports Multiple High Grade Intervals at Its Carlin Project, Nevada Including: 9.1 Meters at 22.0 gpt Gold 2.7 Meters at 33.11 gpt Gold, 3.8 Meters at 29.53 gpt Gold

Evolving Gold Corp. (TSX:EVG) (OTCQX:EVOGF) (FRANKFURT:EV7) (the "Company") is pleased to report that diamond drill hole CAR-016.1 intersected several high grade gold zones at its Carlin Project in Nevada, including 9.1 meters at 22.0 gpt (grams per tonne) gold (30.0 feet at 0.64 ounces per ton, opt gold) starting at 908.3 meters down hole. This intersection includes 1.2 meters at 44.0 gpt gold (4.0 feet at 1.28 opt gold). In addition CAR-016.1 intersected 1.2 meters at 15.5 gpt gold (4.0 feet at 0.45 opt gold) starting at 897.9 meters down hole. The entire interval from 897.9 to 917.4 (19.5 meters or 64.0 feet) averages 11.76 gpt gold (0.34 opt gold), including a lower grade interval at 899.2-908.3 meters.

Cayden Drills 28.5 Meters Of 3.21 g/t Au at Las Calles

Cayden Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:CYD) (Cayden or the Company) is pleased to announce that it has received additional drilling results from its Las Calles target at the Morelos Sur Gold project, central Guerrero State, Mexico. The drilling highlights at Las Calles include 28.5 meters of 3.21 g/t Au including 10.8 m of 7.81 g/t Au, including 2 m of 26.3 g/t Au (LCDD0101), 7.7 m of 2.44 g/t Au (LCDD0096), and 39.3 m of 0.65 g/t Au (LCDD0102). The results occur in the same extremely fractured and iron oxide-rich diorite sill from which earlier significant results were previously reported (see NR dated March 5, 2012) as well as historical results reported by IMMSA, a subsidiary of Grupo Mexico (see 43-101 technical report filed on www.sedar.com).

Golden Arrow Resources Corporation: Drilling Returns Multiple Bonanza Silver Intercepts at Chinchillas, Including 29 Metres at 631 g/t Silver
