Soltoro Drilling Intercepts 91.3 Metres of 129 gpt Silver Equivalent Including 11.2 Metres of 537 gpt Silver Equivalent in a Massive Sulphide Zone

Soltoro Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:SOL) has completed three additional diamond drill holes at the El Rayo primary silver project in Jalisco, Mexico. A 350 metre-deep hole was completed below the Las Bolas deposit and two holes were completed north of the La Soledad West deposit. At Las Bolas, 91.3 metres of 129 g/t silver equivalent was intersected including 11.2 metres of massive sulphide mineralization grading 537 g/t silver equivalent encountered 318.8 metres down hole. The deep hole at Las Bolas extends mineralization 70 metres down-dip from the nearest hole with a substantial increase in silver grades. At La Soledad, 0.3 metres of 3,320 g/t silver was returned extending the known high grade silver mineralization an additional 60 metres down dip.

Cliffmont drills significant gold discovery at La Julia of 10.5 metres averaging 5.90 g/t gold and 3.33 g/t silver of shallow mineralization at San Luis Project, Huila, Colombia

Cliffmont Resources Ltd. (TSX-V - CMO) ("Cliffmont" or the "Company") is pleased to announce drill results for holes SLD-17 and SLD-18 (373 metres) from the 2012 drill program on the San Luis Project in Huila Department, Colombia . The 2012 drill program was the first ever undertaken on the San Luis project.

Nighthawk Reports 45.72 Metres of 1.84 g/t Gold Including 12.19 Metres of 3.24 g/t Gold and 4.27 Metres of 8.44 g/t Gold from Historical Drilling at Colomac

Nighthawk Gold Corp. ("Nighthawk") (TSX VENTURE:NHK) reports additional assay results from six holes drilled by Royal Oak Mines Inc. ("Royal Oak") in 1997 within the Colomac sill on Nighthawk's 100%-owned Colomac Gold Property ("Colomac Gold Project") in the Northwest Territories ("NWT"). Today's results and the previously reported results (see December 11, 2012 news release) further validate the historic assay results and confirm the high-grade nature of Zone 3.5 and its continuity to depth. To date 13 historic holes have been reported from a total of 20 historic holes being assayed. Results from the 7 remaining historic holes that were drilled north of this area will be released as they are finalized.

Eagle Hill Intersects 14.74 g/t Gold Over 17.9 Meters in Near Surface Mineralization at Windfall Lake

 Eagle Hill Exploration Corporation (TSX VENTURE:EAG) ("Eagle Hill" or the "Company") is pleased to announce assay results from its 2012 drill program at the Windfall Lake Gold Deposit in Northwestern Quebec. The new results include wide intercepts of high grade gold mineralization occurring near surface as a series of parallel lenses. These results are part of a drill program designed to expand the size of the mineral resource estimation released on July 25, 2012 that already includes 1,665,000 tonnes at 10.05 g/t gold (538,000 ounces) in the indicated category and 2,906,000 tonnes at 8.76 g/t gold (822,000 ounces) as an inferred resource.

Drilling shows continuity of high-grade gold extending more than 100 metres

Colossus Minerals Intersects High Grade Gold Values in Diamond Drilling at Elefante

Colossus Minerals Inc. (TSX:CSI)(OTCQX:COLUF) reports assay results from the recent diamond drilling program on the Elefante area where earlier in the year auger drilling had returned values of gold, platinum and palladium. The Elefante area is located approximately two kilometres to the southeast of the Serra Pelada Gold-Platinum-Palladium Mine. The Serra Pelada Mine is a 75%/25% joint venture between Colossus and Cooperativa de Mineração dos Garimpeiros de Serra Pelada (COOMIGASP) located in the State of Pará, Brazil.

Strong results extend gold zone along the north, northwest and south borders at KCD target in Western Turkey

Lupaka Gold Intercepts 10 Metres at 2.09 g/t Gold and 12 Metres at 3.17 g/t Gold in A-1 Zone at Crucero Gold Project

Lupaka Gold Corp. ("Lupaka Gold" or "the Company") (TSX:LPK) announces that it has received assay results from six additional drill holes from the completed 2012 drilling program on its Crucero Gold Project. Of the holes reported, all six were drilled on the A-1 resource zone. These holes along, with the remaining holes still to be assayed, will be incorporated into a NI 43-101 resource estimate update, expected in the first quarter of 2013.

DDH-39, in the southwest section of the A-1 Zone mineralized envelope, reported 10 metres at 2.09 g/t gold. DDH-40 in the northeast section on the A-1 Zone contains a significant width of 46 metres at 1.42 g/t gold. DDH-58, also in the northeast section of the A-1 Zone reported 12 metres at 3.17 g/t gold. The results confirm that the A-1 Zone mineralization is continuous along strike and to depth. See Figure 1 below for the A-1 Zone drill hole locations.

Orex Reports 2.7 Metres Grading 840 g/t Silver-Equivalent in a New Target Area on the Coneto Gold-Silver Project in Durango, Mexico

Orex Minerals Inc. (TSX VENTURE:REX) ("Orex"), is pleased to announce the results of the second batch of holes from the 12,000 metres Phase-II diamond drilling program on the Coneto Gold-Silver Project in Durango, Mexico. A technical committee, with representation of Orex and its project partner Fresnillo PLC (LSE:FRES) ("Fresnillo"), is managing this Phase-II program.

Hole BCO-11 yielded a high-grade Santo Niño vein intercept of core length of 3.30 metres (true width 2.70 metres) grading gold 4.34 g/t and silver 612 g/t, for a gold-equivalent of 16.00 g/t, or silver-equivalent of 840 g/t. Within this intercept is core length 1.20 metres (true width 0.98 metres) grading gold 11.77 g/t and silver 1,655 g/t, for a gold-equivalent of 43.29 g/t, or a silver-equivalent of 2,273 g/t.

Imperial's Underground Drilling at Mount Polley Boundary Zone Intersects 4.73% Cu and 2.61 g/t Gold Over 12.8 Metres

Imperial Metals Corporation (TSX:III) reports results from 2012 Mount Polley mine site exploration at the Boundary zone which continues to demonstrate the discovery potential at this established mining property.

Underground drilling(1)(2) in the Boundary zone workings was initiated in early November to explore and further define mineralization at Zuke zone, which is near but not included in the Boundary zone mineralization currently being prepared for underground test mining. All the drilling from two of the three drill stations at 812 level intersected breccia hosted copper/gold mineralization, confirming continuity and extending the known limits of the Zuke zone. The Zuke zone is currently modelled as two steeply dipping breccia lenses, approximately 8 metres wide, 30 metres high and 75 metres long.

The Forehand Ranch 27 State Com No. 1H horizontal Bone Spring well was fracture stimulated in the 2nd Bone Spring Sand in twelve stages and has been producing under controlled flowback for two weeks. The well continues to clean up, but production has stabilised. In the past 24 hours, the well recovered hydrocarbons and frac fluids at a gross rate of approximately 1,631 barrels (bbls), producing 170 bbls of oil, 103 thousand cubic feet of natural gas, which equates to 187 bbls of oil equivalent, and 1,444 bbls of frac fluid.
