Platinum Group Metals Announces an 800 Meter Step Out on the T2 Platinum Layer Intersecting 25.5 Meters Grading 6.4 g/t Platinum, Palladium and Gold
Platinum Group Metals Ltd. (TSX:PTM) (NYSE MKT:PLG) ("Platinum Group" or the "Company") announces that Hole WB-99 has intersected 25.5 meters of the T2 layer grading 6.4 grams per tonne 3E (1.86 g/t Platinum, 3.20 g/t Palladium and 1.37 g/t Gold, 0.34% copper, 0.17% nickel) over a core length of 25.5 metres at a depth of 681.0 metres to 706.5 metres. Included is a higher grade intercept of 2.5 metres of 12.2 g/t 3E at 698.5 metres to 701.0 metres. This intercept is located 800 meters northeast along strike from the previous intercepts and 300 meters northeast of the blocks in the current T2 layer resources. The assays from WB-99 display the distinctive T layer metal ratios of approximately 29% Platinum, 50% Palladium and 21% Gold. WB-99 is within the JOGMEC joint venture, where the Company holds a 49.9% effective interest.

Zephyr expands gold mineralization on its Dawson property in Colorado: Drills 14.3 meters of 6.2 G/T gold
Zephyr Minerals Ltd. ("Zephyr") (TSXV: ZFR) is pleased to announce results for the first 7 holes of a 13 hole diamond drill program on the Windy Gulch zone of the Dawson gold project in Colorado, U.S.A. These initial results confirm and expand on historic drilling and surface channel sampling results which identified an at surface and near surface gold zone with very attractive grades. Drill holes of particular note include WG-13-08 and WG-13-14 which intercepted 7.2 meters grading 7.9 grams per tonne (g/t) gold and 7.3 metres grading 9.7 g/t gold respectively. FX Energy Reports Successful Production Test at Tuchola-3K Well
FX Energy, Inc. (FXEN) reported that the Tuchola-3K well flowed gas at rates ranging from 3.8 to 5.5 million cubic feet of gas per day with no water during a production test. The Company plans to collect the final data from the downhole pressure gauges and finish completing the well for production.
"The Tuchola-3K test raises the real possibility of opening a significant new exploration play for us in Poland," said David Pierce, President and CEO of FX Energy. "We intend to follow up the successful test with 3-D seismic acquisition covering approximately 100 square kilometers and drill one or two more wells this year in the Edge concession area in north-central Poland where the Tuchola-3K is located. Oramed Receives FDA Clearance to Initiate Oral Insulin Trials in the U.S.

Orefinders Resources Inc. Africa Oil Announces Etuko-1 Well Spuds in Kenya
Africa Oil Corp. (TSX VENTURE:AOI)(NASDAQ OMX:AOI) ("Africa Oil" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that Tullow Oil Plc, the operator of Block 10BB in Kenya, has commenced drilling at the Etuko (formerly Kamba) prospect. This well will target a new play area in the Lockichar Basin where a working petroleum system has been confirmed by recent discoveries at Ngamia and Twiga. The well will focus on the 'eastern flank play' where oil was discovered in 1992 by Shell at the Loperot-1 well. The primary objectives will be the Lower Lokhone and Auwerwer sands, both of which have been shown to be high quality reservoirs containing oil in existing wells. The gross best estimate of prospective resources for the prospect are 231 million barrels of oil based on a third-party Competent Person's Report*. The well is expected to take approximately 60 days to drill and evaluate.
GTA Reports Initial Results from Phase 4 Drill Program at Northshore. 1.47 g/t Au Over 70 M (Incl 12.28 g/t Over 2.0 M) from the Afric-East Extension
GTA Resources and Mining Inc. (TSX VENTURE:GTA) reports results for the initial five holes (WB-13-36 to WB-13-40) completed in its Phase 4 drill program on the Northshore Property, located 80 km west of Hemlo in northwest Ontario. The current program commenced in mid-March and is scheduled to include a minimum of 2500 meters of drilling focused on testing a number of extensions to the Afric Gold Zone. To date, a total of 1698 meters has been completed in nine holes and the program has been temporarily suspended due to winter break-up conditions. Drilling is scheduled to resume by the end of May, pending weather conditions.
