GeoGlobal Resources Inc.: Natural Gas Discovery at KG#22 Well

GeoGlobal Resources Inc. (the \"Company\" or \"GeoGlobal\") (GGR - News) announced today that the Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation (\"GSPC\" or the \"operator\"), the operator of the exploration block KG-OSN-2001/3 (\"KG Offshore Block\"), has successfully tested 17 meters of perforations across the interval depth from 4,652 to 4, 672 meters total measured depth (\"MD\") in the KG#22 well.

On July 13, 2008, GSPC perforated DST-3 (Drill stem test - 3). During clean-up flow, the following stabilized gas/condensate rates were measured through various choke sizes at the following flowing wellhead pressures (\"FWHP\"):

- 28/64 inch choke - 23.7 MMSCFD Gas plus 84 BBLS/D Condensate at 4,950 psi FWHP

Vancouver, BC - Consolidated Abaddon Resources Inc. (TSX-V: ABN) (FWB: E2L) announces that Triex Minerals Corp. (TSX-V: TXM) today reported that 2,534 metres of drilling in three holes on Consolidated Abaddon\'s 40% owned / Triex Minerals 60% owned Joint Venture Mann Lake uranium project was finished in April 2008 to complete a program started in November 2007 and that one target on the property remains to be tested. The Mann Lake property is located 25 kilometres southwest of Cameco Corporation\'s McArthur River uranium mine and 15 km to the NE of Cameco\'s Millennium (U3O8) discovery in the Athabasca Basin of Northern Saskatchewan.

ON Semiconductor to Acquire Catalyst Semiconductor, Inc. in an All-Stock Transaction

ON Semiconductor Corporation (Nasdaq: ONNN) and Catalyst Semiconductor, Inc. (Nasdaq: CATS) today announced the signing of a definitive merger agreement providing for the acquisition of Catalyst Semiconductor by ON Semiconductor in an all-stock transaction in which Catalyst shareholders will receive 0.706 shares of ON Semiconductor common stock for each share of Catalyst common stock they own. This represents an equity value of approximately $115 million and an enterprise value of approximately $85 million.

“The acquisition of Catalyst Semiconductor will add to our high gross margin analog and mixed-signal product offerings for the digital consumer and wireless end-markets,” said Keith Jackson, ON Semiconductor president and CEO.
