Telmap once again proves its technological leadership in enhancing mobile location services

London, 11th November 2009: Telmap, the world leader in mobile location solutions, today announces the availability of two new patented technologies, which will improve the application design process for developers and search experience. Native functions are those that are unique to a specific mobile operating system, such as Windows Mobile, Symbian, BREW, etc. Previously, developers using platform-independent programming languages were unable to embed native functions into their applications because access to the native functions was often not supported by the programming languages’ standard APIs.
